Hi,
I am planning for India Trip next month, I am H4 to H1 and this is my first time H1b stamping. I have been working from last 2 years for the same client, My End client provided letter mentioning all EVVC relation and stated My employer have full control on me not the client and other in-between layers.
Can anyone please share the experiences if you attended recently , how safe is it?
