Hi,
I had travelled to USA on H1b visa in oct 2010 and came back on Jun 2011.
when i entered USA i had been issued a paper I-94 form and i returned the same while my exit.
From Jun 2011 to Oct 2015 I travelled multiple times in USA on B1 visa.
Now my employer is applying for H1-B CAP exempt request since my visa has got expired
Missing days from 6 years tenure will be captured as part of this request
To provide my actual duration of stay in USA on H1-b I need to provide I-94 entry/exit records.
I checked the website https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/consent.html and all of the entires exccept one are avaliable on this site.
My H1-B entry is missing however I could see all of the B1 entries present.
I have the photocopy of my I-94 .. Should I raise a FOIA request with the CBP or is there any other way.
can i directly contact CBP and get the entries.
As per the website Online i-94 records are avaliable for last 5 years.
any help is deeply appreciated
