h1b cos denial

hi,

i had got a sponsorship for fresh h1 this year, and got approved few days back.

i also got a sponsorship for a cap exception h1b(COS), which was applied last year and revoked. but this was applied in august ,H1b with COS got denied, just after the first one got approved. so about this denial its not mentioned in the documents for the first one, as it happened later.

in ds-160, its asked where your visa was revoked or denied anytime? what should be my answer? should it be No.
coz those are petitions and i never went for visa stamping for those petitions. i only have h4 stamped.

I have given, No. I am right ?

i am going to india for stamping. please guide, if any as come across this situation.

The question in DS160 is about the visa (the one that gets stamped in your passport) that you get from the U.S embassy. It is not about your H1B petitions from USCIS.
