H1 B Amendment

HI My current visa is about to expire by 25th Dec 2015. On JUlY 1st my company applied for H1 B extension till today there is no update in the status. I paid 1225$ from my pocket last week and applied for Premium processing. I am planning to go to India in Dec 2015.
In the mean time my company asked me to relocate to new location and from 9th Nov 2015 on wards I will be into new location and new project.
1) If my company will apply for amendment how much time it will take ? Regular / Premium. Can I use this H1- B extension premium cost to this amendment ?
2) If I will get my H1 -B extension approval through premium processing , Can I go for stamping without amendment approval ?
3) Or do I need the amendment approval copy also for the Stamping ?

>>> It will take another 5-6 months by normal process and 15 days by premium assuming there are no RFEs.

>>> If you have already paid the premium processing cost for the current petition, then you need to pay it again for amendment.

>>> Nope. If your work location is different, then you need the amended approval notice before you go for stamping.

3) Or do I need the amendment approval copy also for the Stamping ?
