Lost my H1 Copy

I have a question related to my H1, which is valid until 2017&but lost my H1 Copy
And my driving licensee expiring this month And DMV denied to renew without original H1 copy.
Geeks, suggestions please?

Employer will need to request a duplicate copy of the H1B approval from USCIS. Only the employer who filed your petition can request this. Check the below link.

How much would be i-824-application fee? Is it same as the I 797?

I think it is $405.00. This is a very simple thing to figure out and you should be able to get the latest fee by going to the uscis.gov web site.
