Hi Sir,
My employer has filed my H1 as a business Analyst instead of Sr. Business Analyst even though, I have 10 years of experience (Masters Degree). Now they are initiating my Green Card, and they are saying that my H1B was applied under EB3 category (which im unsure, Does H1 also has such categories, or maybe they might meant the role) and hence GC can be applied only under EB3 category. And they also said that they will have to apply a new H1 for me if I want it to be processed under EB2.
Will it be new H1 or some kind of amendment ?
Can you please advise me a best possible way to process my GC under EB2?
