H4 Residence India or USA
I am currently on H1B valid till Sep 2017. I am planning to process green card through my employer.
I have a son who will turn 21 Years in Nov 2016 and is currently studying in India. Please let me know if on his H4 status, he will be a participant in my Green Card process so he gets a GC when I get it automatically.Does he have to be in USA before he turns 21.
I have a daughter who is studying Masters in US on F1. She is above 21 Years old. Will she get a GC along with mine.
