I had H1B approved from XYZ company in 2007 and I travelled to USA on Oct,2007. I returned from USA in June,2010. My I797 was valid till July,2010 and before coming I applied for renewal. After coming to India, the renewal got approved, but I don't have the renewal approval notice. I have the renewal application receipt. The USCIS site shows that case is approved till July 2011, with the EAC number shows in the application receipt.
Now I am in different organization and I would like to know the below details:
1. Can I apply H1B with out Cap with my Original I797 approval notice?
2. Do I need to have the renewal approval notice ? If yes, is there any way to apply for a duplicate copy of it?
Appreciate if anyone throws some light on these points.
