    HI,
I have my H1B approved for 2015-16 from employer A, but i have an offer from employer B with higher sal. Can i go to US with stamped visa from Employer A and work for Employer B? what should i do? Do i need to enter US, to apply for H1b transfer?

You cannot enter U.S using Employer A H1B petition to work for employer B. First, employer B will need to file a transfer. If that transfer gets approved, then you can travel to U.S using employer B's approval notice. You can use your current existing H1B visa in the passport (stamped for employer A) to travel. At the POEin U.S, you should show employer B's approval notice to get an I-94 associated to their petition. Then you can begin working for that employer.
