As you are aware, many of us are still awaiting the H1B approval. I have responded to an RFE and am awaiting the final approval, hopefully. I have been postponing travel abroad because it is not suggested while approval is in process. How soon do you suggest can I make travel plans after my H1B is approved (if it does)? Will I have to wait for 3 months to get the three payslips (in order to get H1B stamping) or can I travel and join my employer after coming back?
