HI,
I am on H1b curently in USA. I recently got married and i was trying to get appointment for my wife at chennai as we come under that region. The appointments are not open untill June 2006. I got an appointment in Delhi for Feb 2006. I just wanted to know if we can actually be eligible to go to delhi for H4 visa's regardless of the area restrictions.
I would really apreiate any help.
