Hello,
I am going to india to get married in march and my problem is that I got my w2 which shows the my federal taxable income less than the LCA minimum income because my employer pays half salary as Per Diem so that wages are not taxable. My gross income for 2005 is above the LCA but in w2 its less than LCA. My pay stubs shows my gross income and also shows half regular pay and half per diem pay for every week. can my wife explain it to the VO at the time of interview showing the pay stubs and the offer letter which states the per diem salary as I work in different state. please if anybody know about the situation please send your valuable sugestions.
