Change in offshore employer

Hi all,

I am new to H1B Visa processing and need bit help.

Say i am currently working with company A in India, and company B in US is filing H1 petition. Say if i change my job from A to C before my H1 is approved in May, will there be any complications afterwards?

What steps i need to take care of before H1 stamping?

It does not matter. H1 interview is for you and your employer in US not the one outside US.

For Ex: if i go to US with L1 visa from "A" company and staying in US and i apply for H1 visa( from "B" company )and if it is picked up in lottery, can i resign in "A" company(completing its formalities) and jump to "B" company from US itself?
