Hi friends,

if I fill DS 160 and pay the fees today, will I be able to book an visa interview appointment 2 months from now?
will I able to get the date around last week for Jan 2016? Has anyone done that?

You can only book the appointment for the dates open for visa interview. Dates are not open two months in advance.

Thanks. Can I fill forms, pay now and then later by Dec end book the appointment? this I can keep checking of the future dates are available? Is this possible?
Also once I submit the DS 160 forms they are valid for how many days?

Yes, you can do that. There is no validity date for DS160.
