    H1B Expired CAP eligibility

    Hi All,

    I got H1B visa stamped in 2001 expired on 2004 but not traveled using H1B.
    later on I got H1B Visa stamped on 2007 expired on 2010 October but not traveled using H1B.
    but went to US on B1 Visa.

    Can any one please advice whether i can reinitiate/Extend CAP for my previous H1B petition.
