    Am I eligible for H1B cap-exempt ??

    I have stayed for almost 6years with 76days left, continuously in US on L1 + H1-B conversion.

    I was on L1B from 2007 - 2010 and later converted to H-1B on 10/1/2011 till 05/07/2013

    Am I eligible for H-1B cap-exempt to file in Dec 2015?

    Not really. You can stay outside USA for 1yr and then come back.
