Can I take my wife along with me for H1B and H4 visa stamping

Hi Friends,

I applied for H1b in march 2015 and it got pickedup in the lottery. In May 2015 I got married. So now Can I take my wife along with me for H1B and H4 visa stamping directly ? do my wife requires I797 form compulsory ? My petitioner applied H1b for me when I am single.

Yes you can. You have to fill two DS-160 one for yourself and one for your wife, and pay fees for both. She does not need an I797 for her, your I797 is enough.
