H1b less 6 year used took a gap of year

I hv simple question.

I hv used 5yrs on my h1b, and returned to india for more 1yr gap i took.

My question is will i be getting 6 yrs of h1b if applied without cap or whatever time left on my h1b that is 1yr?

If you use the same cap then whatever is remaining. If you apply in fresh cap then a potential 6 Years.
