Hi Everyone.
I completed my studies (Undergraduate - Computer Engineering) in 3,5 years (7 semesters), in Warsaw, Capital of Poland.
So, I have an EU Diploma.
Last year I was studying (Graduate-Master) in New York (with F-1 visa). So, that means, I was ABLE to get evaluation of my transcript successfully (at Spartan).
Now, currently, I am out of US.
An US company tries to be sponsor(H1-B) for me. The question: A lawyer of company said my undergraduate studies and diploma might be a problem cause of its period (3.5 years, not 4 years). But it was 100% undergraduate college, I went to. So, I am a Computer Engineer.
Do you think, they can or cannot be sponsor for me?
Thank you!
