  • Regarding H1B Visa transfer from india

    Hi,

I got my H1 B Stamped Visa on Oct 2013. But i never used that visa that means i never went to USA.
Now, i got another US petioner (US Employeer) who is doing premium transfer of H1B visa. I also have new

    I-797B, LCA and other documents.

I have also filled and submitted DS 160 form.

    Below are my Question:
    1. Do i need to again go for in person interview or dropbox will work?
    2. Do i need to book for appoint in both the case.
    3. How will i come to know what should i need to do next.

Please help me to clear my doubts.

    Thnx in Advance!
