I-797 not received

Hi,

My h1 transfer is approved in 1st November 2015 in premium processing. Till now I haven't received the I-797. Anybody is facing similar issues. Please post if you have any information.

If it is premium processing, then the attorney should have at least received the soft copy by email. Did they receive it. If not, they can certainly follow up with USCIS to get a copy.
It takes only 2 weeks to get the hard copy of the approval notice by mail. Your attorney should follow up with USCIS on this.
