H1B Stamping - Plans for marriage

Hi,
I am getting married this month. I had my h1b stamping interview today and was asked "any immediate plans for marriage?".. I freaked out and replied "not yet"
However I will be getting married next week and my wife will apply for h4 in january. Will my incorrect answer cause any problems ?

Why did you lie? I dont think it should have an impact on yoru spouse's H4.
