H1B Petition Transfer with out pay stubs

Hi Guys,

I need little information on H1B petition transfer.
I work for company A in india, A filed my H1B petition and got visa, entered into US but company A lost project so not able to provide employment for me.
Can i transfer my petition to company B with out any pay stubs. i just came to US a week back.

please let me know the petition transfer process in this case.

Your new employer lawyer may appropriately able to file your transfer.

For a successful H1B transfer, you should maintain your H1B status by working and getting paid. While filing the transfer, USCIS might ask for the latest payslip to figure out if you were maintaining your H1B status. If you entered U.S on H1B, then the employer should pay you irrespective of whether there is work or not. If not, you can file a complain t with DOL and make them pay. If you file your transfer with a copy of the complaint, then the transfer might work.
