Hi Team,
My husband is in USA and i amin india never travelled to USA on H4 visa , his H1B validity ends on July 2016.So I have couple of questions regarding the same.
1) Can i travel to USA and go back to india while his Extension Process is in progress before July 2015 and i can come back to USA post extension approval?
2) Is there any issue with my H4 to go for H1B in india from other company , will the H4 will be cancelled?
3) Is there any issue to go for H4 extension and H1B processing at the same time?
