H1B extension in Progress..I-94 Expired. Can amendment be filed when extension still in Progess?

H1 Extenstion Denied, Amendment in Progress and I_ 94 Expired what should i Do?
My h1 Extension for Client A was submitted around March - 15 under PP. We received RFE on March - 23 at same time My project got Over which was totally unexpected.
My I -94 expired on March - 30
I got a new project with Client B and file Amendment on April - 26.
We responded Client A ref with receipt from Amendment from filing B on May -19 and Saying that my project with Client A got over and I am been moved to a client in Different Location
On May -31 H1 extension with Client A got Denied
My Amendment is still in Case received Status and My employer is moving Amendment Filed for Client B in PP.
My Question:
1. Is there any point moving this to PP? What are chances of getting approval?
2. Can I Stay in US till we receive the H1 Amendment outcome? Is it Legal?
3. What are chances of getting amendment Approved, I am working bit Big reputed IT Giant and Reputed Client and we have strong documentation?
4. What are my options if amendment also gets denied?Comment
