H1 B stamping

I went to India in March 2005 to get my Visa stamping and that visa stamping is valid till March 2007. I switched employers in Sep 2005 and got my H1B transferred. I have travel plans to India next month (Mar 2006). Could I travel with my H1B stamping that I already have or should I go for stamping again for this new H1B. Also will I be able to go to Canada for my stamping before travel to India? Thanks very much.
