H1 transfer using recipt number

Hi,

I was working for employer A, whose visa was valid till May 2018. I changed my employer to B and B applied h1 transfer in normal process. I joined B on Dec 28 2015. But now I got a good job in big MNC C, My question is can C apply h1 transfer using B's receipt number ?

Possible. But it will be a bridge petition. If employer B withdraws their petition, your transfer from B to C will get into trouble. Search and read about bridging.
