Doubt in 221g & DS156
Hi folks,
I have a doubt reg. 221g. While filling DS156 form again should we mention the date on which the visa was refused under the question "Have you ever been refused a visa?"
Is it ok if we submit the same form again without any changes. This is because i got the appointment using VFS and so in my DS 156 that i filled the first time, the bar code had the HDFC receipt number. Now since i have already attended the visa int. i am not able to modify the forms using the receipt number in VFS site. It says the number has already been used.
