doubts on h1b stamping
hello
my hubby going for my H1b stamping in canada next month from my new employer
he already have a valid h1b visa stamped from india, from his old employer which
is valid for till 2007, though he have all required set of documents if by any case
ihe get rejected can he return to usa with my still valid old visa or for can any reasons
will it stop us from entering usa? or because of that rejection will there be any
disadvantages later when we go for stamping in india in future,kindly clear my doubts
