H1B Revoked
Hi
I am currently in US and was working with Employer A and then moved to Employer B. Employer B initiated the H1B transfer and
since I got the receipt number, I joined the Employer B and after few weeks, I got an RFE on my case, which my current
Employer responded and the case was in review for almost two months, today the status shows that
my H1B is revoked. I am thinking Employer A would have filed for revoking of previous H1B.
Can someone suggest what will be the next steps ?.
Will the current Employer (Employer B) takes care or Do I need to take any action from my side ?.
