My I94 expired in dec15 and extension was applied in oct15. I got an RFE in 1/21 and my current engagement is ending in 1/29. Though I need to work for a new client under same employer, I need to file a new LCA. What are my options? Do we need to respond to RFE with existing client details or new client details? Will my extension be denied?
