H4 while spouse h1b is pending
My husband and I are both on H1B visas. He had an approved I140 and applied for H1B extension beyond 6 years in Sept 2015. It is still pending and has not been approved. My H1B is due to expire in Mar 2016. I applied for H4EAD back in Nov but it has not been approved. Does my husband's H1B needs to be approved before USCIS approves my H4 visa?
