    H4 COS while h1b amendment in process

    I am applying h4 cos and h4 ead for my wife along with my h1b extension in premium. my wife h1b amendment is in process from her employer. So, if i apply H4 COS, will USCIS wait for h1b amendment to get adjudicated first before approving h4 COS.?


    any one applied with same scenario?
