H1B transfer doubt while in Inda

Hello everyone,
I need some suggestion for my h1b situation.
I am currently working in India. I have applied for h1b from india with company A and got approved
And now with some references i am planning to transfer to company B.

My questions are

1) can i transfer my h1b from company A to company B while in india.


2) will i be facing any issues in the consulate if i go through for stamping since i am india and i am switching companies. I could say that i got a better offer and thats why i am changing to company B.
