Hello,
My name is Aditi and I am new to this group. I graduated in December. My EAD card arrived late and as a result, my employer has asked me to join in August but they will file for my H1B this April. They asked me to take some temp job in order to bridge the gap and I have been employed as a research assistant under one of my professors.
Coming to my doubt, is there any way I could travel between May and August and under what conditions? My professor has already granted me permission but I don't want to be involved in any legal hassle while coming back.
