    B2 to h4

    Hi, I came to USA on b2 visa and got married to h1b holder in a week time period, now I will be going back to India within my set visa time and will apply for h4 visa. Will there be any issues regarding marriage ? How easy will it be to get the h4 visa?

    There might be some issue. Because you got married within 1 wk of arrival date in USA. When you entered USA you had intention to settle in USA.
