H1-B Petition Transfer twice without travelling to USA.

Hi All,

I was in US in 2012 on L1 -B and filed for H1-B through employer A which got approved till June 2016. Later I came back to India. After coming to I did not travel through employer A but got it transferred to Employer B which is approved and valid till Sep 2017. Below are my questions.

1) If Employer B doesn't not send me to US and withdraw my petition. Can I still use this petition to next employer.
2) Can I use the approved petition from employer A to transfer it to another employer.
