H1 transfer and spouse H4 to H1

Hi,

I have an example scenario below for which I would need an answer.

A - Has H1 with Employer X.
B - Spouse of A on H4 with Employer X.

B is filing for H1 and A can do H1 transfer with new Employer say 'Y' simultaneously?

Yes.
When A files H1 transfer, B should also file for extension of H4 status with the A's new employer. In parallel, B can file for H1 with a new employer as COS (change of status) if B is in the US or as CP (consular Processing) if B is outside the US.
