Hello,
I have applied for H1B ammendment on Nov 4th as i have changed my location from Location A to Location B.intially got an RFE for EMPLOYER-VENDOR-CLIENT relationship so sent reply in Jan & got approval on feb 3 saying H1b petetion is approved but it has been determined that worker is not eligible for requested extension of status & since worker has been found ineligible for an extension to stay consulate has been notified & should appear in US consulate for VISA stamping.
Here is my question :
Is is normal when you apply for H1b extension or H1b ammendments ?
Should i go for VISA stamping (before amendment I94 valid until Sept 2016)? If Yes how much time i got to get stamping done in India ?
Should i know something more about this kinda approvals without I94 & I should get prepared for ?
What are the chances for getting Stamping done ?
