Visa stamping in a third world country.
Hello,
My wife and I are currently residing in the US legally on non-immigrant visas. I am from South Africa and my wife is from Romania. My wife is on an H-1B Dual Intent visa and I am on an H4 visa which has been filed with the help of our lawyer.
Because our visas were filed within the US they are not yet stamped in our passports. We are planning to go to Romania in order to get our visas stamped into our passports. Due to financial difficulties it will be much easier for both of us to get our visas stamped in Romania.
Would it be possible for me as a third world country national from South Africa to get my H4 visa stamped in Romania as my wife is on an H-1B Dual Intent visa and what are the chances of me being successful in doing so and what would be the appropriate way to go about doing so?
