I am currently on L1 through my employer and completed 3 years on L1.
I am planning to switch my employer.
I have one UNUSED H1B which was issued in 2011 and which got expired in July 2012. This H1B was through some other consultant.
Through this forum information, I got to know that its possible for any other employer to PORT my this unused H1B.
But the question I have is that how can I be certain that my this UNUSED H1B has not been CANCELLED or REVOKED?
Please advise.
