Hi,
I am from India & accepted to a Full time (2 year) MBA from a top 20 University in the US. I am also exploring the idea of doing this MBA via the online mode so that I don't have to leave my decent paying job in India. I have more than 10 years of work experience so an Internship after first year is not what I am interested in. I am keen to get a Full time job in Consulting post the MBA.
Post the 1st year of MBA, I assume I will be eligible to apply for the H1B basis from the 20k quota reserved for those with a Master's degree.
I am aware this is slightly tricky as most Master's degree in the US are pursued full time. I am keen to understand when can I apply for the H1B visa provided I have an sponsor OR this route is best avoided if someone wants to work in the US full time.
