    H1B stamping in Canada

    Hi,

    Say, if H1B expires in April 2016, and the approved petition is valid from Feb 2016 till Feb 2017.

    Can i travel in March 2016 to Canada to get my visa stamped with new I797 (though my current visa is still valid for 1 more month)?

    Is it risky to travel to Canada for visa stamping?
