H1 Transfer - Very Urgent

I'm on H1B in USA, I got an offer in Company A, i given all the paper to file for transfer.

If they applied for transfer, does my h1b transferred to Company A, once doucments are approved.

I cant strict my Current company?

Can i get an offer from other Company?

If so which document do i need apply for Transfer?

Please advice on that?
