H1B Extension - Denied

Hello ,

My H1B extension has been denied , so am leaving to india shortly .

my company says that they can file the H1B under cap exemptions with different client .

i would like to know what are the options that i have at this point of time ,

also can i file the CAP exemption with different employer in india , please help , thank you.
