I have a doubt and would seriously appreciate and thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions. I am on H1b and I have no recent plans for going back to India for stamping as I do not want to take risk. further, I want that my wife and kids (6 & 11 yrs of age) come to US on h4 visa. So is it possible that without me getting my h1b stamped from India, and continue my status as it is, my wife & kids can go to US consulate for H4 stamping in Delhi, India???Appreciate your response.
