Employer name not present in H1B Visa stamping in Passport

I got my passport with stamping few days back.

But when I checked I found two issues.

1. Employer name is not present

2. Validity is for five years, however my I797 is 3 yeras.

Is this fine ? or Do I need to contact US consulate regarding modification.

I have exact same scenario as you Sujith Kumar Could you please advice me what you have finally done. Did you travel with the H1B stamp without any issues for the rest of the 5 years or did you email the US consulate to confirm that this is ok? May I please know the final result of this?
