Master Service agreement and Statement of work will help during H1B stamping
Hi All,
I am applying for the H1B visa for this financial year. I was told they provide Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work which contains work location, billing details and bulk statement like "Need these number of resources for this vendor/client and also told that no client letter provided. My only concern was the documents which they will provide to me contains all required information which is needed for visa stamping interview except my individual name.
My question was, will it accepted by consulate without having my individual name? Please suggest. Based on your suggestion i will decide whether to proceed or not for further processing.
