H1B transfer after Visa and petition expires in 1 year?

Hi ,

I have H1B stamped visa has validity [Oct 2015-Sep 2016] and petition also has validity [Oct 2015-Sep 2016].
can I transfer my visa through some other employer after Sep 2016 once Visa and petition gets expired ?
if yes will it be cap exempt ? or I got to go back through lottery again ?

You would be cap exempt till 2021. So any employer can file a cap exempt petition for you till then.
