Can I cancel H4 Visa

I got married last year in Dec and applied for H4 visa for my wife in India. Her visa was approved.Now we are having lot of issues with the marriage and it might end up in divorce. Girl was only interested in coming to USA.Now my parents are scared that she might come to US and harrass me since she has US visa.

I want to know if I can block her visa or report to USCIS about our issues and prevent her from entering in US.

Then I dont think that you can stop her from travelling to US. This is hardly an immigration matter, you need to approach a good divorce attorney if you are at a point of no return in this marriage.
